ESL teachers and students' perceptions toward blended learning during Covid -19 pandemic

The global disruption caused by the COVID-19 epidemic has unquestionably created untold, indescribable, and pervasive issues in Philippines' educational system. Teachers have been challenged with implementing distance learning modes from beginning of pandemic, often without adequate guidance, training, or resources. researcher was inspired influence COVID 19 on professors students at Bulacan State University to investigate feasibility establishing a transformative process that is flexible context practice. This study looked how teachers felt about using variety blended methodologies. It used mixed method relationship between students' instructors' perceptions language instruction, as well Creswell's explanatory sequential research design. Thirty twenty English faculty members chosen university took part study. Qualitative quantitative tools were used. data collected through two questionnaires. For in-depth investigation, semi-structured, virtual interviews conducted focus group composed deliberately selected five (5) faculty. Overall, participants unanimous their Blended Learning did not positively impact course "Purposive Communication".
